I've looked around and can't seem to find any "migration" type documentation to help us get our contacts sync'ed over and training for our team on how to use it.

This preview video is a little rough (Ask Smackdab gets in the way sometimes or doesn't have the perfect answer - all stuff we are improving), but you should get the idea. Skip ahead to the 5 minute mark to see the best stuff of it showing how to create a proposal.

We aim to launch Ask Smackdab by the end of April.

Its been pretty quiet around here again with the last update saying there would be a preview of the proposal lite module after it was shown at ProSource but no indication of when. I know we are all excited to start migrating and continue migrating to Smackdab so apologies for being impatient.

Hoping for a realistic timeline of releases, I know you intended to have things much further along by now so if you could provide an updated timeline it would help me, and others I’m sure, plan for our software stacks throughout the year and into 2027.

We are excited to share that Smackdab Proposals will be showcased at the upcoming ProSource Conference in Nashville, March 8 through 11, with a planned release later in March.

Behind the scenes, we are also expanding direct partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and vendors to strengthen and grow our managed product database. Our goal is to ensure you have cleaner data, better pricing visibility, and a smoother workflow from the start.
