First thing that is kind of a stupid question. We are finding that our PC's aren't able to zoom in on the hierarchy chart, but our Mac users are fine. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is this user error?
The second questions is follow up from the webinar. I need a little better understanding of what is being transferred to iPoint from Smackdab in regards to customers, contacts, companies and deals. Also, where are these fields pulling to in iPoint?
Could you clarify a little further the difference between contacts and customers? Specifically, when to use which one. Coming from iPoint, we use them one in the same.
