For those of us that have been iPoint users for years and are somewhat "set in our ways" is it possible to create a tutorial, or series of tutorials about best setup practices for us used to the iPoint workflow? I know Smackdab isn't there yet and won't be for a while but I'd like to avoid creating some settings only to realize I should've done it a different way.
For example, I assume "Companies" would be similar to Organizations in Zendesk or Clients in iPoint.
