In addition to third-party phone providers, utilize a built-in calling platform for the ultimate integrated platform. This allows users to make and receive calls within Smackdab, including a power dialer and voicemail drop.
This is also known commonly as a command K menu. This provides a comprehensive list of commands based on the context of where the user is in the platform, along with listing the keyboard shortcuts that can be used to execute a command.
This will use the same hierarchy chart system but will display how the contacts, companies, and deals all relate to one another. Users will select a starting point and then will be able to see how that starting entity connects to others.
