Will there be a way to preauthorize a credit card? Maybe we have an email template that requests a $500 pre authorization for a service call. Customer signs off on it and then when the service call is done we charge the actual amount - up to $500 in my example. If we are going to exceed that amount then maybe it needs to go through proper engineering/project management, etc. Or possibly if it's labor only and takes all day we clear it with the client of course but then just charge the full amount. Not sure of the best way to handle this. But tired of waiting on payments from clients for service work.
